Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts designed for power transmission, achieving power ratings significantly higher than most belts of similar construction available in the market. The compound's ingredients are specifically selected to match the required power ratings, providing advantages such as increased power ratings and enhanced safety on critical drives. Key features include oil resistance, antistatic properties, a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec, and a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. Additionally, ATEX certified FRAS belts are available. Primarily, these belts are used as replacements on industrial drives, recommended for special applications such as V-flat drives, and they are advantageous in scenarios requiring reverse idlers due to their smaller heights.
