Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts designed for power transmission, showcasing power ratings significantly higher than most equivalent belts available in the market due to advanced research and development. The materials used in the compound are strategically selected to meet the required power ratings, providing advantages such as increased power ratings and enhanced safety on critical drives. The features of these belts include oil resistance, antistatic properties, a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec, and a temperature range from -18°C to +80°C. Additionally, ATEX certified FRAS belts are available. These V-belts are primarily intended for use as replacements in industrial drives, with classical belts recommended for special applications, including V-flat drives, and offering advantages in scenarios where reverse idlers are necessary due to their reduced height.
