Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts to enter the power transmission scenario, achieving power ratings considerably higher than most belts with similar construction. The compound's ingredients are selectively chosen to match the required power ratings, thus offering distinct advantages, including increased safety on critical drives. These belts are oil resistant and antistatic, with a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec and a temperature range from -18°C to +80°C. Additionally, ATEX certified FRAS belts are available. Primarily used as replacements on industrial drives, these classical belts are also recommended for special applications such as V-flat drives and are advantageous where reverse idlers need to be used due to their smaller heights.
