Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts designed for the power transmission sector, showcasing power ratings that exceed those of most comparably constructed belts available in the market. The compounds used in their construction are selectively chosen to ensure superior power ratings, providing distinct advantages in safety on critical drives. Key features include oil resistance and antistatic properties, with a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec and a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. Additionally, ATEX certified FRAS belts are available. These belts are primarily utilized as replacements in industrial drives and are particularly effective in special applications such as V-flat drives, as well as in scenarios requiring reverse idlers due to their reduced height.
