Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts designed for the power transmission market, showcasing significantly higher power ratings compared to most competing belts of similar construction. The unique formulation of the compound is carefully selected to meet the required power ratings, offering advantages such as enhanced safety on critical drives. These belts are oil resistant and antistatic, with a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec and a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. Additionally, ATEX certified FRAS belts are available. Primarily utilized as replacements on industrial drives, these classical belts are also recommended for special applications like V-flat drives, and they are beneficial in scenarios that require reverse idlers due to their reduced height.
