Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts to enter the power transmission scenario, offering power ratings considerably higher than most belts with the same construction available in the market. The ingredients used in the compound are selectively chosen to match the required power ratings, thus providing distinct advantages in terms of increased power ratings and enhanced safety on critical drives. These belts are oil resistant and antistatic, with a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec and a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. ATEX certified FRAS belts are also available. Primarily used as replacements on industrial drives, these classical belts are particularly recommended for special applications such as V-flat drives and are advantageous where reverse idlers need to be utilized due to their smaller heights.
