Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts designed for the power transmission market, featuring enhanced power ratings significantly surpassing those of comparable belts. The specially selected compound ingredients optimize these power ratings, providing distinct advantages such as increased safety margins on critical drives. These belts are oil resistant and antistatic, with a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec and a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. Additionally, ATEX certified FRAS belts are available. They are primarily used as replacements on industrial drives and are recommended for special applications like V-flat drives. Their smaller heights also make them suitable for setups requiring reverse idlers.
