Pix-X'set®-XS are innovative V-belts designed for power transmission, featuring significantly higher power ratings compared to most belts of similar construction available on the market. The compound is meticulously formulated with selectively chosen ingredients to meet the required power ratings, providing enhanced performance and safety for critical drives. These belts are oil resistant, antistatic, and can accommodate a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec, operating effectively within a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. Additionally, ATEX certified FRAS belts are available for applications requiring specific safety standards. Primarily, these belts serve as replacements for industrial drives and are recommended for special applications such as V-flat drives and scenarios involving reverse idlers, where reduced heights are advantageous.
