Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts designed for power transmission, achieving significantly higher power ratings than most belts of similar construction available on the market. The carefully selected compounds used in these belts enhance their performance, providing distinct advantages in terms of increased power ratings and enhanced safety on critical drives. Key features include oil resistance, antistatic properties, a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec, and a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. Additionally, ATEX certified FRAS belts are available. These belts are primarily utilized as replacements on industrial drives and are also recommended for special applications, such as V-flat drives, and in situations where reverse idlers are necessary due to height constraints.
