Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts to enter the power transmission scenario, featuring significant advancements in power ratings due to meticulous research and development. The compound ingredients are carefully selected to match the required power ratings, offering increased safety on critical drives. Key features include oil resistance, antistatic properties, a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec, and a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. Additionally, ATEX certified FRAS belts are available. These belts are primarily used as replacements on industrial drives, while classical belts are recommended for specialized applications such as V-flat drives. The design of these belts makes them advantageous for setups that require reverse idlers due to their smaller heights.
