Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts to enter the power transmission scenario, featuring significant advancements in power ratings compared to most belts with similar construction available in the market. The unique composition of the compound is meticulously selected to align with the required power ratings, providing distinct advantages in terms of enhanced power ratings and increased safety on critical drives. Key features of the Pix-X'Set®-XS include oil resistance, antistatic properties, a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec, and a temperature range from -18°C to +80°C. ATEX certified FRAS belts are also available for specific applications. These V-belts are primarily intended as replacements for industrial drives and are recommended for classical applications, such as V-flat drives, as well as scenarios that require reverse idlers due to their reduced height.
