Pix-X'Set™-XS are the first V-belts designed for the power transmission industry, with power ratings significantly higher than comparable belts. The specialized compound ingredients are carefully selected to achieve these enhanced power ratings, ensuring greater safety margins in critical drive applications. These belts are oil resistant, antistatic, and can handle maximum belt linear speeds of up to 30 m/sec. They operate effectively within a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. Additionally, ATEX certified flame-resistant (FRAS) belts are available. The primary application of these belts is as replacements in industrial drives, with classical belts recommended for specific scenarios such as V-flat drives or applications requiring reverse idlers due to their lower profile.
