Pix-X'Set™-XS are the first V-belts designed for the power transmission sector, featuring power ratings significantly higher than most similar belts available in the market. The compound ingredients are meticulously selected to align with the required power ratings, resulting in enhanced performance and safety for critical drives. These V-belts are oil resistant, antistatic, and can achieve a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec. They operate effectively within a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C, and ATEX certified FRAS belts are also available. Primarily, they are used as replacements on industrial drives, and are particularly recommended for special applications such as V-flat drives and scenarios where reverse idlers are utilized, due to their lower height profile.
