Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts to enter the power transmission scenario, featuring enhanced power ratings that exceed most belts of similar construction available in the market. This is achieved through the selective choice of ingredients in the compound, optimizing performance for critical drives with increased power ratings and safety. These belts are oil resistant and antistatic, with a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec and a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. Additionally, ATEX certified FRAS belts are available, making them suitable for diverse industrial applications. Primarily utilized as replacements on industrial drives, these classical belts are especially effective in special applications such as V-flat drives and are advantageous in scenarios where reverse idlers must be implemented due to their smaller heights.
