Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts to enter the power transmission scenario, offering power ratings considerably higher than most belts with the same construction available on the market. The compound ingredients are selectively chosen to match the required power ratings, providing distinct advantages in terms of increased power ratings and enhanced safety on critical drives. These belts feature oil resistance and antistatic properties, with a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec and a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. Additionally, ATEX certified FRAS belts are available. Primarily, they are used as replacements on industrial drives, and classical belts are recommended for special applications such as V-flat drives. These belts are particularly beneficial where reverse idlers are necessary due to their smaller heights.
