Pix-X'set®-XS are the first V-belts to enter the power transmission scenario, with power ratings considerably higher than most belts of the same construction available on the market. The components used in the compound are selectively chosen to match the required power ratings, providing distinct advantages in increased power ratings and enhanced safety on critical drives. These belts are oil resistant and antistatic, with a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec and a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. Additionally, ATEX certified FRAS belts are available. Primarily used as replacements on industrial drives, these classical belts are also recommended for special applications such as V-flat drives and are advantageous for use with reverse idlers due to their smaller heights.
