Pix-X'set®-XS are advanced V-belts designed for power transmission, achieving significantly higher power ratings than comparable belts available in the market. The compounds used in their construction are selectively chosen to ensure optimal performance and safety for critical drives, featuring oil-resistant and antistatic properties. These belts boast a maximum linear speed of up to 30 m/sec and can operate within a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. Additionally, ATEX certified fire-resistant anti-static (FRAS) belts are also available, making them suitable for hazardous environments. Primarily, these belts serve as replacements for industrial drives and are recommended for special applications like V-flat drives, as well as scenarios that require reverse idlers due to their smaller height design.
