Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts to enter the power transmission scenario, achieving power ratings considerably higher than most belts with the same construction available in the market. The ingredients used in the compound are selectively chosen to match the required power ratings, providing distinct advantages in terms of increased power ratings and enhanced safety on critical drives. The belts are oil resistant, antistatic, and can handle a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec, with a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. ATEX certified FRAS belts are also available. These V-belts are primarily used as replacements on industrial drives and are recommended for special applications such as V-flat drives. They are particularly advantageous in scenarios where reverse idlers must be used due to their smaller heights.
