Pix-X'set®-XS are the first V-belts to enter the power transmission scenario, featuring significant advancements in power ratings compared to most belts of similar construction available in the market. The compound ingredients are selectively chosen to match the required power ratings, providing distinct advantages such as increased power ratings and enhanced safety on critical drives. These belts are oil resistant, antistatic, and can achieve a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec, with a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. ATEX certified FRAS belts are also available. Primarily designed for replacement in industrial drives, the classical belts are particularly suitable for special applications such as V-flat drives and are advantageous in setups requiring reverse idlers due to their smaller heights.
