Pix-X'set®-XS are the first V-belts designed for power transmission applications, featuring enhanced power ratings significantly higher than most comparable belts on the market due to advanced R&D efforts. The compound ingredients are selectively chosen to meet specific power ratings, providing notable advantages in increased power ratings and enhanced safety for critical drives. These belts are oil resistant and antistatic, with a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec and a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. Additionally, ATEX certified FRAS belts are available. Primarily used as replacements on industrial drives, these classical belts are also recommended for specialized applications such as V-flat drives and are particularly beneficial where reverse idlers must be utilized due to their smaller heights.
