Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts to enter the power transmission scenario, and through continuous R&D efforts, they achieve power ratings considerably higher than most belts with the same construction available in the market. The compounds used are selectively chosen to match the required power ratings, providing distinct advantages in terms of increased power ratings and enhanced safety on critical drives. Key features include oil resistance, antistatic properties, a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec, and a temperature range from -18°C to +80°C. ATEX certified FRAS belts are also available. These belts are primarily used as replacements on industrial drives, and are recommended for special applications such as V-flat drives, as well as scenarios where reverse idlers are necessary due to smaller heights.
