Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts to enter the power transmission scenario, designed with advanced R&D efforts that have resulted in power ratings significantly higher than most comparable belts on the market. The compound ingredients are selectively chosen to meet specific power ratings, offering advantages such as increased power ratings and enhanced safety on critical drives. These belts are oil resistant, antistatic, and can achieve a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec, with a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. ATEX certified FRAS belts are also available for applications requiring compliance with safety standards. Primarily used as replacements on industrial drives, these classical belts are recommended for special applications like V-flat drives and are beneficial where reverse idlers must be employed due to their smaller heights.
