Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts designed for power transmission, featuring significantly higher power ratings compared to similar belts available in the market due to advanced R&D efforts. These belts are constructed from compounds with selectively chosen ingredients that provide distinct advantages, including increased power ratings and enhanced safety on critical drives. Key features include oil resistance, antistatic properties, a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec, and a temperature range from -18°C to +80°C. ATEX certified FRAS belts are also available. The Pix-X'Set®-XS belts are primarily used as replacements on industrial drives and are particularly recommended for special applications such as V-flat drives, as well as in scenarios with reverse idlers thanks to their reduced height.
