Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts to enter the power transmission scenario, featuring significant advancements achieved through our R&D efforts that allow for power ratings considerably higher than most belts with the same construction available on the market. The ingredients in the compound are selectively chosen to ensure optimal power ratings, offering distinct advantages in terms of increased power ratings and enhanced safety for critical drives. These belts are oil-resistant and antistatic, with a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec and a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. Additionally, ATEX certified FRAS belts are also available. Primarily used as replacements on industrial drives, the classical belts are recommended for special applications, such as V-flat drives, and are advantageous in scenarios where reverse idlers must be used due to their smaller heights.
