Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts designed for power transmission, achieving significantly higher power ratings than many comparable belts on the market due to advanced research and development. These belts are constructed with specific compounds that enhance their performance in terms of power ratings and safety on critical drives. They are oil resistant and antistatic, with a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec and a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. Additionally, ATEX certified FRAS belts are available for applications in explosive atmospheres. Primarily, these belts serve as replacements on industrial drives and are recommended for special applications such as V-flat drives, offering benefits in scenarios where reverse idlers are utilized due to their reduced height.
