Pix-X'set®-XS are the first V-belts designed for the power transmission market, with advanced R&D enabling them to achieve power ratings significantly higher than most similarly constructed belts available. The compound ingredients are specifically selected to meet the necessary power ratings, offering distinct advantages such as increased power ratings and greater safety for critical drives. Key features include oil resistance, antistatic properties, a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec, a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C, and the availability of ATEX certified FRAS belts. These belts are primarily intended for use as replacements in industrial drives and are particularly beneficial in special applications such as V-flat drives and scenarios involving reverse idlers, due to their reduced height.
