Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts designed for power transmission, with power ratings significantly higher than most comparable belts on the market. The carefully selected ingredients in the compound enhance the required power ratings, providing distinct advantages in power and safety on critical drives. These belts are oil resistant and antistatic, with a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec and an operational temperature range from -18°C to +80°C. ATEX certified FRAS variants are also available. The belts are primarily used as replacements on industrial drives and are particularly effective in special applications such as V-flat drives and scenarios requiring reverse idlers due to their smaller heights.
