Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts designed for power transmission, featuring significantly higher power ratings compared to other belts of similar construction available in the market. The belts are crafted using selectively chosen ingredients in the compound that enhance their power ratings and safety for critical drives. They are oil resistant, antistatic, and can achieve a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec. The temperature range for operation is between -18°C to +80°C. Additionally, ATEX certified FRAS belts are available for specific applications. These belts are primarily used as replacements on industrial drives and are also suitable for special applications such as V-flat drives, as well as in situations where reverse idlers are utilized due to their smaller height.
