Pix-X'set®-XS are the first V-belts designed for power transmission, exhibiting significantly higher power ratings than conventional belts of similar construction. The compounds used in these belts are selectively chosen to enhance power ratings and safety on critical drives. Key features include oil resistance, antistatic properties, a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec, and a temperature range from -18°C to +80°C. ATEX certified fire-resistant and antistatic (FRAS) belts are also available. These belts are primarily used as replacements in industrial drives and are particularly suitable for special applications like V-flat drives and scenarios involving reverse idlers due to their reduced height.
