Pix-X'set®-XS are the first V-belts designed for power transmission, featuring significantly higher power ratings than most competing belts with similar construction. The belt's compound consists of selectively chosen ingredients tailored to meet the required power ratings, enhancing both performance and safety on critical drives. Key features include oil resistance, antistatic properties, maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec, and an operational temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. ATEX certified FRAS belts are also available for specific applications. These V-belts are primarily utilized as replacements on industrial drives, with additional recommendations for use in special applications such as V-flat drives and scenarios involving reverse idlers due to their reduced height.
