Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts designed for power transmission, achieving power ratings significantly higher than most comparable belts on the market due to the selective choice of compound ingredients tailored to specific power requirements. These belts are oil resistant and antistatic, capable of a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec, and operate within a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. ATEX certified FRAS belts are also an option for applications requiring additional safety measures. Primarily, these belts serve as replacements for industrial drives and are particularly advantageous for specialized applications like V-flat drives and situations involving reverse idlers, thanks to their smaller height profile.
