Pix-X'set®-XS are the first V-belts to enter the power transmission scenario, featuring advanced engineering that achieves power ratings considerably higher than most belts with similar construction available in the market. The ingredients used in the compound are selectively chosen to match the required power ratings, offering distinct advantages in increased power ratings and enhanced safety on critical drives. These belts are oil resistant and antistatic, with a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec and a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. Additionally, ATEX certified FRAS belts are available. Primarily used as replacements on industrial drives, these classical belts are also recommended for special applications such as V-flat drives and are advantageous in scenarios where reverse idlers must be employed due to their smaller heights.
