Pix-X'set®-XS are advanced V-belts designed for power transmission applications, featuring substantial power ratings that exceed those of comparable belts on the market. The materials in the compound are specifically selected to meet the required power ratings, providing enhanced safety on critical drives. These belts are oil resistant and antistatic, with a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec and an operational temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. Additionally, ATEX certified FRAS belts are available for environments requiring compliance with specific safety standards. Primarily, these belts serve as replacements for industrial drives and are particularly effective in specialized applications, including V-flat drives and systems utilizing reverse idlers due to their reduced height.
