Pix-X'set®-XS are the first V-belts to enter the power transmission scenario, featuring a design that offers power ratings considerably higher than most belts of the same construction available in the market. The compound ingredients are selectively chosen to match the required power ratings, providing distinct advantages such as increased power ratings and enhanced safety on critical drives. The belts are oil resistant, antistatic, and can handle a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec, with a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. Additionally, ATEX certified FRAS belts are available for specific applications. Primarily used as replacements on industrial drives, these classical belts are also recommended for special applications like V-flat drives and are advantageous in scenarios requiring reverse idlers due to their smaller heights.
