Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts designed for power transmission, featuring enhanced power ratings significantly surpassing most comparable belts in the market. The compound ingredients are carefully selected to meet specific power ratings, providing advantages in both power output and safety for critical drives. These belts are oil resistant and antistatic, with a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec and a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. ATEX certified FRAS belts are also available for applications requiring compliance with specific safety standards. Primarily, these V-belts serve as replacements for industrial drives, while classical belts are recommended for specialized applications such as V-flat drives. They are particularly beneficial when reverse idlers are utilized due to their reduced height profile.
