Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts to enter the power transmission scenario, with R&D efforts resulting in power ratings considerably higher than most belts of similar construction available in the market. The compound ingredients are selectively chosen to match the required power ratings, providing distinct advantages in terms of increased power ratings and enhanced safety on critical drives. These belts are oil resistant, antistatic, and can handle a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec, with a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. ATEX certified FRAS belts are also available. Primarily used as replacements on industrial drives, these classical belts are recommended for special applications like V-flat drives and are advantageous in scenarios where reverse idlers must be used due to their smaller heights.
