Pix-X'set®-XS are the first V-belts designed for the power transmission scenario, featuring power ratings significantly higher than most belts of the same construction available in the market. The compounds used in their manufacture are selectively chosen to enhance power ratings, providing distinct advantages in terms of increased power ratings and safety on critical drives. The belts are oil resistant, antistatic, and can withstand a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec. They operate within a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C, and ATEX certified FRAS belts are also available. These V-belts are primarily used as replacements in industrial drives and are recommended for special applications such as V-flat drives, as well as in scenarios requiring reverse idlers due to their smaller height dimensions.
