Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts designed for the power transmission industry, featuring advanced R&D that has achieved power ratings significantly higher than most comparable belts available in the market. The selected ingredients in the belt compound ensure optimal power ratings, providing increased safety on critical drives. Key features include oil resistance, antistatic properties, a maximum belt linear speed of 30 m/sec, and a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. Additionally, ATEX certified fire-resistant anti-static (FRAS) belts are also available. These belts are primarily used as replacements on industrial drives, especially in applications like V-flat drives and situations requiring reverse idlers, benefiting from their smaller heights.
