Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts designed for the power transmission scenario, featuring advanced R&D that provides power ratings significantly higher than conventional belts of similar construction. The compound ingredients are selectively chosen to meet the necessary power ratings, offering notable advantages such as increased power ratings and enhanced safety for critical drives. These belts are oil resistant and antistatic, with a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec and a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. ATEX certified FRAS belts are also available. The primary application of these belts is as replacements on industrial drives, with recommendations for classical belts in special applications, including V-flat drives and scenarios where reverse idlers are utilized, due to their reduced height.
