Pix-X'set®-XS are innovative V-belts that have been designed for optimal performance in power transmission. These belts feature oil resistance and antistatic properties, allowing for effective operation across various industrial applications, particularly as replacements on industrial drives. The maximum belt linear speed is up to 30 m/sec, and they can operate within a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. Additionally, ATEX certified flame-resistant antistatic (FRAS) belts are available, making them suitable for environments requiring strict safety standards. Their construction allows for higher power ratings compared to other belts in the market, providing increased power safety on critical drives. These belts are also recommended for special applications such as V-flat drives and are advantageous in systems that utilize reverse idlers due to their smaller heights.
