Pix-X'Set™-XS are the first V-belts designed for power transmission, featuring significantly higher power ratings than comparable belts in the market due to advanced R&D efforts. These belts are constructed from a specially formulated compound that enhances power ratings and safety on critical drives. The key attributes include oil resistance, antistatic properties, a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec, and a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. ATEX certified FRAS belts are also available for applications requiring additional safety measures. Primarily used as replacements in industrial drives, these classical belts are suitable for special applications such as V-flat drives and are particularly advantageous where reverse idlers are needed due to their reduced height.
