Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts designed for power transmission, boasting power ratings that significantly exceed those of comparable belts available in the market. The materials in the compound are specifically selected to achieve the necessary power ratings, providing notable benefits in increased power ratings and enhanced safety on critical drives. These belts are oil resistant, antistatic, and can handle maximum belt linear speeds of up to 30 m/sec, operating effectively within a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. Additionally, Atex certified FRAS belts are available for specialized applications. Primarily utilized as replacements for industrial drives, these classical belts are also ideal for specific scenarios such as V-flat drives and are beneficial when reverse idlers are employed due to their reduced heights.
