Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts designed for the power transmission industry, featuring power ratings significantly higher than most comparable belts on the market due to advanced R&D efforts. The compound ingredients are selectively chosen to match required power ratings, offering distinct advantages such as increased power ratings and enhanced safety for critical drives. These belts are oil resistant and antistatic, with a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec and a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. Additionally, ATEX certified FRAS belts are available. Primarily, these belts serve as replacements on industrial drives, with classical belts recommended for specific applications like V-flat drives, making them advantageous in scenarios requiring reverse idlers due to their smaller heights.
