Pix-X'set®-XS are the first V-belts designed for the power transmission market, with advanced R&D efforts resulting in power ratings significantly higher than most competing belts of similar construction. The compound's ingredients are selectively chosen to meet specific power ratings, providing advantages such as increased power ratings and enhanced safety on critical drives. The belts are oil resistant, antistatic, and capable of achieving a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec, with a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. ATEX certified FRAS belts are also available, making them suitable for various applications, primarily as replacements on industrial drives. These classical belts are particularly recommended for special applications, such as V-flat drives, and are advantageous in scenarios where reverse idlers are necessary due to their reduced height.
