Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts to enter the power transmission scenario, designed with advanced R&D efforts that have achieved power ratings considerably higher than most belts of similar construction on the market. The compounds used in these belts are selectively chosen to match required power ratings, providing increased power ratings and enhanced safety on critical drives. Key features include oil resistance, antistatic properties, and a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec, with a temperature range from -18°C to +80°C. Additionally, ATEX certified FRAS belts are available. These belts are primarily used as replacements on industrial drives, and are recommended for special applications such as V-flat drives and scenarios where reverse idlers must be used, owing to their smaller heights.
