Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts to enter the power transmission scenario, achieving power ratings considerably higher than most belts with the same construction available in the market. The ingredients used in the compound are selectively chosen to match the required power ratings, thus offering distinct advantages in terms of increased power ratings and increased power of safety on critical drives. These belts feature oil resistance and antistatic properties, with a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec and a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. ATEX certified FRAS belts are also available. Primarily, they are used as replacements on industrial drives, with classical belts recommended for special applications such as V-flat drives. Additionally, these belts are advantageous where reverse idlers must be used due to their smaller heights.
