Pix-X'set®-XS are the first V-belts designed for the power transmission industry, featuring notable advancements from ongoing research and development that have resulted in power ratings significantly higher than comparable belts on the market. The compound ingredients are meticulously selected to meet the required power ratings, providing advantages in both power capacity and enhanced safety for critical drives. The belts are oil resistant and antistatic, with a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec and a temperature range from -18°C to +80°C. Additionally, ATEX-certified FRAS belts are available. These belts are primarily utilized as replacements in industrial drives and are recommended for specialized applications such as V-flat drives and situations requiring reverse idlers due to their reduced heights.
