Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts designed for power transmission, featuring advanced R&D efforts that have resulted in power ratings significantly higher than most comparable belts on the market. The compound ingredients are selectively chosen to meet specific power ratings, providing distinct advantages such as increased power ratings and enhanced safety on critical drives. These belts are oil resistant and antistatic, with a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec and a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. Additionally, ATEX certified FRAS belts are available. Primarily intended as replacements for industrial drives, the classical design of these belts is particularly beneficial for special applications such as V-flat drives and situations that require reverse idlers, due to their reduced height.
