Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts to enter the power transmission scenario, engineered for higher power ratings than most belts of similar construction available in the market. The ingredients used in the compound are selectively chosen to match the required power ratings, providing distinct advantages in increased power ratings and enhanced safety on critical drives. These belts are oil resistant and antistatic, with a maximum linear speed of up to 30 m/sec, and they can operate within a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. ATEX certified FRAS belts are also available. Primarily, these belts serve as replacements for industrial drives, with classical belts recommended for special applications such as V-flat drives. Additionally, they are advantageous in scenarios where reverse idlers are necessary due to smaller heights.
