Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts to enter the power transmission scenario, featuring significantly higher power ratings than most belts of similar construction available in the market. The ingredients used in the compound are selectively chosen to match the required power ratings, offering distinct advantages in terms of increased power ratings and enhanced safety on critical drives. The belts are oil resistant and antistatic, with a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec and a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. Additionally, ATEX certified FRAS belts are available. These belts are primarily used as replacements on industrial drives and are recommended for special applications such as V-flat drives, benefiting scenarios where reverse idlers must be used due to their smaller heights.
